Matthias began his career in the Royal Norwegian Air Force and later transitioned to Sales and Customer Relationship Management after studying economic geography. With a bunch of international experience, he gained insights into diverse working cultures. Now fully immersed in entrepreneurship and social innovation, Matthias is passionate about helping individuals identify their interests and develop leadership skills as a social entrepreneur. He believes in finding solutions to every problem, continually seeking new knowledge to create opportunities for social innovation. His current focus involves creating workshops for teenagers and young adults who have left Upper Secondary School, guiding them to discover their interests and providing tools for enjoyable employment and leadership development.
